The 1 day course was professionally delivered by Ian who presented best practice and shared his experience in managing R&D projects leading to the successful delivery of new technologies. The students ranked the value of the course highly, especially the practical methods and models that were presented and discussed and appreciated the real-life examples that Ian shared from his experience working across different industry sectors.”

“Change for Sustainable Engineering”. Engineering Department, University of Cambridge

Whilst working for Sharp Ian was a participant on the University of Cambridge postgraduate diploma in Sustainability. He was a member of a team who undertook a project on ‘Change Management for Sustainability’. For 5 years Ian was invited to run a session for students in the Department for Engineering studying for an M. Phil in “Engineering for Sustainable Development”. Ian’s seminar covered the challenges of managing change in the electronics industry, his insight, practical examples and hands-on experience of successfully managing change and received positive feedback from the students.
